About Us.

On The Wall started business in 1980 providing framing services at the Orange County Market Place, selling ready-made solid oak frames, sectional metal frames and cutting custom mats while the customers shopped. Now OTW has grown to become an innovative art, print and framing leader. Staying up to date on technology and techniques by attending classes & conventions. For Owner Robert Oberlin, CPF (certified picture framer) since starting On The Wall in 1980 with his mother Jerri and sister Stephanie, it has been a passion to assemble a team of highly skilled designers and craftsmen using the best tools to turn out items that are meant to hang around in many cases indefinitely.
